Manor Texas New Construction Home Inspection

When embarking on the journey of constructing a new home, it’s a common misconception for buyers to assume that a home inspection is an unnecessary step. However, this notion couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, a phase inspection is an invaluable investment that offers you the best opportunity to unearth and proactively address potential issues that could lead to costly repairs down the road.

Consider this: the only instance during the construction process when you can genuinely assess the inner workings and systems of your home is prior to the installation of drywall. This pivotal phase inspection allows you to gain crucial insights into the structural and mechanical aspects of your new home that may remain concealed once the finishing touches are in place.

Moreover, having our experienced inspectors accompany you during the final inspection provides you with a unique advantage. It equips you with the leverage needed to ensure that the home builder addresses and rectifies any essential repairs before the closing phase, safeguarding the quality and integrity of your new home.
